The Latte WordPress theme is a single-page, parallax template perfect for designers and agencies looking to give a brief overview of their work. It was designed (and used), by Indian-based developer Hardeep Asrani to show off his personal work, and includes all of the frills and features you see on his personal site – portfolio and testimonial post types, a contact form, pricing tables, and even a section for a nifty map.
Pros

- Includes a premade sections for a portfolio post type, Google map, an integrated contact form, JetPack testimonials, and even pricing tables.
Cons
- No sidebar, instead widget areas are placed towards the bottom. Not idea if you’re running an ad-based business.
