The Soledad WordPress theme is multi-purpose theme by PenciDesign, designed for a magazine or news style blog and available on ThemeForest. Pre-packaged with dozens of demos, there’s a ton of ways to style it – although this does make it a little more complicated than your average theme.
Pros

- Extensive use of the customizer so you can live preview most of your pages.
Cons
- Tons of options means you’re pretty much starting from scratch with the styling. The customizer has so many options to customize the screen had to scroll…that’s not a great thing.
- Multi-purpose themes can be confusing to some users.
- Pricey at $59.
